Angels Nest Welcomes Newest Member Tracy Kuaea to the Board of Directors

Century City, CA – March 27, 2025 – Angels Nest, a community based nonprofit organization, is pleased to announce the election of Tracy Kuaea to its Board of Directors. Tracy brings a wealth of experience in strategic finance, operations and accounting. Her remarkable work experience includes positions at Riot Games, The Walt Disney Company and Twentieth Century Fox.

“Her background and experience are extremely impressive and we are thrilled to welcome Tracy Kuaea to our Board,” said Robert Baker of Baker, Keener & Nahra LLC, President of the Board of Directors of Angels Nest. Executive Director, Arzo Yusuf said “Tracy’s strategic prowess and strong governance experience will continue to elevate Angels Nest during the current growth phase. This, coupled with her heart and compassion to help youth from foster care makes her a perfect fit.”

Tracy Kuaea is a Southern California native and graduate of the University of Southern California. She is a consultant specializing in strategy, finance and operations with over fifteen years of progressive experience in digital media and entertainment. As a Board of Director, Tracy will serve on the finance committee and chair the fourth annual Scholarship Essay Contest awarding a college education grant for up to five high school seniors in foster care. Tracy was also nominated for an Officer position, as Board Secretary, which will go to vote at the upcoming Angels Nest Board of Directors meeting in April.

“Throughout my career, I’ve seen the power of mentorship and opportunity, and I’m passionate about giving young people the support they need as they navigate adulthood,” said Tracy Kuaea. “I look forward to working with the Board and Executive Director to further the organization’s mission and drive long-term growth.”
