Anthony Forde “Tony”, is an industry leader in Law Firm Managed Services. With over 25 years of experience, Tony has worked in most areas of the US legal market as well as the UK. For the past 10 years, Tony has been the President of Vendor Direct Solutions LLC “VDS”. VDS is a Los Angeles based Managed Services company that specializes in back office support within the legal space.Tony is adept at analyzing critical business requirements and identifying organizational deficits and opportunities in both changing and fast-paced corporate and market environments. With an organizational focus and as an active, hands-on member of the firm’s senior leadership in both start-up and turnaround situations, Tony excels at increasing revenue and profitability by building, motivating and leading diverse teams.

Tony has built and led companies nationwide and executed projects worldwide. He is a strong communicator, collaborator and strategic thinker who develops and executes business process improvements and growth strategies across multiple platforms, including sales, marketing, finance and operations. Tony is a leader in the document management, business process outsourcing and litigation support. His vast experience includes managing development teams to create information governance and document management.
